After several intermediate tours of duty, his career reached a climax as Commanding Officer of RAF Wittering from 1992 to 1995, when he was introduced to Rotary. He finished his flying career giving air experience flights in Bulldog and Tutor aircraft to ATC and CCF cadets at RAF Newton and RAF Cranwell Peter lives with his wife Brenda in Easton on the Hill and, as a retirement project, they had a narrowboat built.
